What is your return policy?

Not quite right? No worries. We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags on. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange.

Once your return makes it back to us, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds go back to your original payment method. All returns are free and we will provide a shipping label.

Can sale items be returned or exchanged?

All items marked as sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Purchases made during seasonal or holiday promotions are final purchase and are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?

Our team takes 1–7 business days to get your order packed up and ready to go. As soon as it ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking info.

Is there free shipping?

We provide free shipping on any orders over $150!

What are my shipping options?

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.

Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days 

Priority Shipping: 2-4 business days

Do you ship Internationally?

Not yet! We are working on being able to ship Internationally but as of right now we only ship within the US.

My order says “Delivered” but cant find it?

We know how frustrating that can be. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early, so we recommend the following steps before assuming it's lost:

  1. Give it 24 hours - It’s not uncommon for tracking to show “delivered” before the package physically arrives.
  2. Check with the local carrier - If possible, contact your local post office or speak with your delivery person directly. They may remember where it was left.
  3. Look around your property- Double-check mailrooms, porches, side doors, and garages.
  4. Ask a neighbor - It’s possible it was mistakenly received or held for safekeeping.

If you've taken these steps and still can’t locate your package, please file a claim directly with UPS and share your claim number with us.

We’re unable to take responsibility for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your delivery area isn’t secure, we recommend shipping to a location that is attended during the day. For any stolen package claims, an official non-emergency police report is required.

How do I care for my product?

Every fabric we use is selected for comfort and durability. To help preserve the quality of your piece, we recommend washing it separately in cold water and hanging it to dry.
